Do you provide backing fabric or custom quilting?
At Log Cabin Longarm Quilting, we offer ruler and digital custom quilting services. Clients send us their completed quilt top along with their chosen backing fabric, and we provide professional longarm quilting to finish the quilt. This way, you choose the fabrics and design, and we bring it all together with precision quilting.
How do thread colors work?
Each thread color is listed with both its number and name (e.g., “#472 – Great Falls Blue”). This ensures accuracy when ordering. Threads marked In Stock are available immediately, while those marked Available by Request can be ordered if you’d like that color.
Can I mail my quilt top/tops or drop it off?
Yes! Most clients send us their completed quilt top and backing fabric. We provide Quilters Dream Batting for sale or you can send your own batting. We then provide longarm quilting to finish the quilt beautifully. If sending more than one quilt top, a form needs to be completed for each quilt top. Dropping off quilts are by appointment basis only.
Do you offer quilting designs?
Yes. We feature a curated selection of quilting designs that are both popular and enjoyable to work with. This ensures your quilt is finished with patterns that look beautiful and are crafted with care.
What is the turnaround time?
Turnaround time depends on the size of the quilt and current workload. We’ll provide an estimate when you place your order, and we’ll keep you updated throughout the process.
How does shipping work?
Clients ship their quilt top and backing fabric to us. Once quilting is complete, we carefully package and return the finished quilt. Detailed shipping instructions will be sent to you when you complete the order form.
